INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 lb sea bass, red snapper or firm white fish cleaned but with head & tail
1 t salt
1 T sake/sherry
1 green onion, chopped
1 T peanut / sesame oil
1 T shouy
1 T grated or slice ginger
1/2 t sugar
2 t black beans, soaked & mashed |
PREPARATION
Lightly scale fish. Sprinkle salt inside & out.
Pour remaining ingredients over fish and steam 15 mins. |
