HEADS UP
HIROSHIMA/Legacy: Ah, return with us to 1979, the year the silver market tanked and dragged the stock market down into the toilet with it and gave us a crap economy until 1983. Out of that miasma came a band with the name Hiroshima and it made gringos with a conscience a touch uncomfortable. All seems to have been forgiven as the band played on and gave some dandy fusion that was spiced with nascent new age, Eastern touches that included a little bellydance, and an over all buoyancy that gave them a lasting career. We're telling you all this because to celebrate 30 years in the same location, Hiroshima is going back to jump and recording the tunes that gave them their start. They have aged well. With the added embellishments that come with keeping the material fresh night after night, this is a dandy re-introduction to an old friend that needs no introduction. You might even call this fusion as it was meant to be.
